Plaintiff Seeks More Time In Ernst & Young Suit

Law360 (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee of Ernst & Young is seeking more time for discovery in his putative class action against the Big Four accounting firm, which is accused of failing to pay overtime wages under California law.

The named plaintiff, David Ho, asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Friday to push back the discovery deadline to December 27 in order to complete discovery on class certification issues, and claimed that the Manhattan-based firm was holding up the process.
