Social Network User Can't Nix Righthaven Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge declined Friday to dismiss Righthaven LLC's suit against a user who posted a newspaper article on the online message board, but asked the copyright-holding company to reassure the court that it has standing to pursue the case.
