Goldman's Tourre Can't Appeal SEC Fraud Suit Yet: Judge

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday rejected a proposed interlocutory appeal challenging her refusal to dismiss a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission suit accusing Goldman Sachs Group Inc. executive Fabrice Tourre of creating a mortgage-backed securities product that was designed to fail.
