Actress Says IMDb Wrongly Published Her Age

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 6:22 PM EDT) -- An actress who claims that IMDb.com Inc. unlawfully used her credit card information to discover and publicly post her age sued the online database and its parent Amazon.com Inc. in Washington state Thursday, alleging privacy violations and breach of her subscriber agreement.
