Airline Services Co. Head Admits Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The former owner of a Florida airline services company pled guilty Monday to taking part in a kickback scheme to defraud charter carrier Ryan International Airlines.

Robert A. Riddell copped to conspiracy to commit wire and honest services fraud and to wire fraud in the Southern District of Florida, making him the third individual to cop to paying kickbacks to a former Ryan International procurement executive in exchange for contracts with the company.
