Grubb & Ellis Drops Poaching Suit Against Ex-Execs

Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Grubb & Ellis Co. on Monday dropped a suit accusing two of its former executives of breaching their contracts by encouraging its employees to leave to work for rival real estate brokerage Colliers International.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly signed off on a stipulation of dismissal submitted to the Washington federal court by Grubb & Ellis, the employees and Colliers, although the reasons for the dismissal were not immediately disclosed.
