Intel, Biax Bury Hatchet Over Computer Servers

Law360 (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After years of legal sparring, Biax Corp. and Intel Corp. have reached an undisclosed settlement deal in a patent dispute over computer server patents.

Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday signed an order granting a joint motion to dismiss all claims and counterclaims with prejudice pursuant to the settlement agreement, ending the litigation between the companies.
