Apollo, Others Accused Of Delays In LBO Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Investors leading a proposed antitrust class action urged a federal judge in Massachusetts on Monday to force Apollo Global Management LLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co. and the Blackstone Group LP to cough up documents they have withheld related to numerous leveraged buyouts that were allegedly fixed.
