Plumbers Cop To Kickbacks For Health Facility Work

Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Two Virginia plumbing contractors pled guilty Tuesday to paying a Medical Facilities of America Inc. employee more than $250,000 in kickbacks in exchange for contracts worth more than $3 million at the company's health care and nursing home facilities.
