Tyco Auditors Ask Judge To Reconsider RICO Claims

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Bermuda arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers has asked a judge overseeing the securities litigation against industrial conglomerate Tyco International Inc. to reconsider his refusal to dismiss claims of racketeering against the auditors.

In a motion filed Monday with the New Hampshire District Court, counsel for the auditors asked Judge Paul Barbadoro to revise his June 11 order that left actionable three counts of breaches of New Jersey's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act against PwC-Bermuda.
