Rambus Jury Wants More Info In DRAM Antitrust Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (October 19, 2011, 8:18 PM EDT) -- The jury deciding whether Micron Technology Inc. and Hynix Semiconducter Inc. conspired to butt Rambus Inc. out of the dynamic random access memory chip market has asked to review a former Hynix executive's trial testimony, attorneys said Wednesday.

The jury in California Superior Court in San Francisco County asked to review Farhad Tabrizi's testimony regarding the alleged collusion between his former employer and Micron to eliminate Rambus as a competitor in the DRAM chip market.
