Investment Co. Says Workers Took Trade Secrets To Rival

Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 4:26 PM EDT) -- Investment bank and broker-dealer Wedbush Securities Inc. sued two former employees and their new employer, competitor Liquidnet Holdings Inc., on Thursday in New York, accusing them of breach of contract, trade secrets theft and unfair competition.

Louis Kerner and Michael Silverstein, both former Wedbush employees, have been using Wedbush's confidential and proprietary information, including customer lists, marketing information and customer agreements at their new employer, according to the complaint
