Law360, Los Angeles (October 20, 2011, 5:34 PM EDT) -- An attorney for Idaho parents suing Toyota Motor Corp. over a defective steering rod that killed their son and prompted a federal probe asked a California judge Thursday to reject the carmaker’s request to apply Idaho law in the case.
