Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 7:53 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Thursday upheld a lower court's decision overturning a $10 million jury award to a cardiologist who argued he was libeled by a series of St. Petersburg Times articles claiming he was forced to step down as head of a medical center because of corruption and sexual harassment.
Florida's Second District Court of Appeal upheld the decision without comment.
