Lionel Spars Over Trade Secrets Claim

Law360, New York (June 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt model train maker Lionel LLC has asked a Manhattan bankruptcy court to approve its disclosure statement, a development that comes as Lionel and rival Mike's Train House Inc. trade legal jabs over Mike's bid to relitigate the trade secrets case that drove Lionel into bankruptcy.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Burton R. Lifland signed off on an order Wednesday scheduling an August 2 hearing on Lionel's disclosure statement and solicitation procedures.
