Arrow Puts To Bed 'Deep Throat' Copyright Fight

Law360, San Diego (October 21, 2011, 10:03 PM EDT) -- Adult film company Arrow Productions Ltd. on Tuesday resolved a suit in a Nevada federal court alleging a rival firm infringed its copyright and trademark rights covering the classic porn movie “Deep Throat.”

U.S. District Judge Philip Pro approved the consent decree between Arrow Productions and VCX Ltd.
