'Jersey Shore' Tan Lotion Maker Wants IP Suit In NY

Law360, New York (October 24, 2011, 2:10 PM EDT) -- Suntan lotion maker Australian Gold LLC on Friday asked an Oklahoma federal court to dismiss a copyright suit against it over a line of products featuring "Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWoww" Farley, arguing the suit should be heard in New York court under a related contract.
