GAO Sustains Protest Over VA Architectural Contract

Law360, New York (October 24, 2011, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has sustained a bid protest by an architectural firm that had accused the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs of changing its evaluation criteria midway through a solicitation for three regional architectural service contracts, according to a decision published Friday.
