US Appeals COFC's Jurisdiction Over Task Order Protests

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 2:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. on Monday appealed a U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruling that claimed jurisdiction over a protest by contractor Med Trends Inc., a decision that opened up a new venue for civilian agency task order protests that had previously been restricted to the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
