Dunn, Insurers Reach Deal In $44M Construction Row

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 1:03 PM EDT) -- J.E. Dunn Construction Co. on Friday settled its coverage suit against three insurers that alleged shoddy work by subcontractors caused $44 million in damage to a Texas hospital.

U.S. District Judge Thad Heartfield signed off on a joint stipulation of dismissal between the construction company and Interstate Fire & Casualty Co., American Casualty Co. of Reading, Pa., and Mt. Hawley Insurance Co. in Texas federal court.
