Tribune Investors Want Deutsche Clawback Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A family that benefited from the bankrupt Tribune Co.'s $8 billion leveraged buyout asked a Colorado federal judge on Monday to again dismiss one of many clawback suits that Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas has filed, contending the court doesn't have jurisdiction.
