Fla. Plaintiffs Move Ahead With Chinese Drywall Suits

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Florida plaintiffs who opted out of a $55 million settlement in defective Chinese drywall multidistrict litigation have moved forward on two new fronts this week, suing the owners of a drywall distributor for conspiracy and amending complaints against foreign manufacturers to include punitive damages.
