A&P Gets OK For $1.3B Personal Injury Claims Process

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday overruled objections to approve a request from Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. to establish procedures to resolve some $1.3 billion in outstanding personal injury claims against the bankrupt supermarket operator.
