JCR Capital Set To Manage $100M Bridge Loan Portfolio

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 4:23 PM EDT) -- JCR Capital, a real estate financier wrapping up a $100 million fund to target distressed commercial assets, has struck a separate deal to manage a $100 million bridge loan portfolio for an undisclosed large institutional investor, the company said Monday.

The bridge loan funds will be deployed to help developers or other businesses requiring additional time to complete real estate investments — including in multifamily residences, industrial and office projects and nonperforming loan pools — and will target profits of 6-9 percent, Denver-based JCR Capital said....
