Watchdog Slams State Dept. In Iraqi Police Training Audit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 7:59 PM EDT) -- The Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction criticized the U.S. Department of State in a Monday report for its lack of cooperation with an audit of U.S. efforts to train Iraqi police, saying the agency delayed and blocked access to documents.
