NinjaVideo Employees Plead Guilty To Copyright Charges

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 3:36 PM EDT) -- Two more defendants associated with TV show- and movie-sharing website pled guilty in Virginia federal court on Tuesday to copyright-related crimes.

Joshua David Evans, 34, and Jeremy Lynn Andrew, 33, admitted that they worked for the illegal site, which prosecutors alleged allowed millions of users to download high-quality infringing copies of movies and television programs, in some cases before their release to the public.
