UK Paper Gets OK To Appeal Docs Ruling In Bribery Case

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 4:20 PM EDT) -- A U.K. appeals court ruled Tuesday that the Guardian newspaper can appeal a lower court’s refusal to disclose documents from the extradition hearings of two British citizens involved in a bribery scheme to secure more than $6 billion in Nigerian natural gas contracts.
