Insurer Fights Coverage For $34M Law Firm Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Excess insurance underwriter Catlin Syndicate Ltd. sued Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC and several of the firm's lawyers Tuesday in Illinois federal court, seeking to avoid covering the firm in arbitration proceedings stemming from an alleged $34 million fraud conspiracy.
