Halliburton Sued For Sexual Harassment

Law360, New York (June 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee of a Halliburton Corp. subsidiary has accused the energy company of cultivating a sexually hostile work environment and permitting sexual harassment at her station in southern Iraq, adding to a string of similar accusations.

Mileyka M. McAfee filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma against Halliburton as well as her two former immediate supervisors, who are still employed by KBR, the former subsidiary.
