2nd Circ. Upholds Bribery Conviction Of UN Officer

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 5:09 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld the fraud conviction of a United Nations procurement officer who steered contracts to a friend in exchange for gifts, finding that he was not immune to prosecution and that the lower court properly instructed the jury.
