Enviros Can't Challenge Waste Regs: Ill. High Court

Law360, Chicago (October 27, 2011, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Illinois Supreme Court on Thursday tossed an appeal by environmental groups challenging an order from the state's pollution regulator that relaxed hazard regulations at a waste processing facility, finding the groups had no standing to seek review.
