Enviros Warn Energy Future Unit Of Pollution Suits

Law360, Chicago (October 27, 2011, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups filed notices Thursday saying the Sierra Club plans to sue Energy Future Holdings Inc. and one of its subsidiaries for allegedly committing more than 38,000 Clean Air Act violations at two coal-fired power plants in northeastern Texas.
