Coventry Nears Copay Case Deal On Eve Of Trial

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 4:40 PM EDT) -- Coventry Health Care of Kansas Inc. is close to settling a class action over the insurer's allegedly improperly excessive copayments, though the case remains scheduled to go to trial on Tuesday, a Missouri federal judge said Friday.
