Ex-Nixon Peabody Atty Takes Aim At Firm Over SEC Probe

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 4:39 PM EDT) -- An ex-Nixon Peabody LLP partner sued his former firm on Tuesday for "throwing him under the bus" when the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission began investigating a $20 million investment scheme allegedly perpetrated by his client NewPoint Financial Services Inc.
