Execs Say Credit Lyonnais Broke Benefits Promise

Law360 (June 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three former top employees of Credit Lyonnais fought the French bank's motion for summary judgment in their lawsuit against their one-time employer, which they claim breached its promise by cutting their salaries and pensions when they were transferred from a company subsidiary.
