Commerce Upholds Duties On Steel Pipe From 7 Countries

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 6:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced Friday it would continue imposing anti-dumping duties on welded steel pipes from four countries and welded steel pipes and tubes from three countries, finding dumping was likely to continue if the duties were revoked.

Commerce's International Trade Administration said it would continue to impose the duties on a type of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea, Brazil, Mexico and Taiwan.
