Insured Can't Appeal Cancer Coverage Ruling: Judge

Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 7:21 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday refused to allow for the immediate appeal of a ruling that partially nixed a putative class action accusing two insurers of underpaying cancer patients for covered radiation and chemotherapy benefits.
