Liberty Mutual Investigator Sues For Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A Liberty Mutual Group Inc. investigator hit the insurer with a putative collective action in Pennsylvania federal court Friday, accusing the company of intentionally misclassifying employees as exempt from federal overtime pay requirements.

Anthony A. Capozzi, who works in Liberty Mutual's special investigations department, is seeking to bring a collective action on behalf of his fellow investigators under the Fair Labor Standards Act over the alleged misclassification.
