Mobile Phone Cos. Seek Veto Of ITC Ban On Chips

Law360 (June 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Officials with the mobile phone industry met with the office of President George W. Bush's chief trade advisor on Thursday in an effort to overturn the U.S. International Trade Commission's order banning the importation of phones containing Qualcomm Inc. chips.
