In MF Global Collapse, SIPC Looks To Familiar Face

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 9:20 PM EDT) -- As the Securities Investor Protection Corp. looks to recover investor money from former New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine's collapsed broker-dealer MF Global Holdings Ltd., the corporation has once again turned to James W. Giddens, the liquidation trustee for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., to help untangle the mess.
