ITC Launches Probe Of Silicon, Pipe Fitting Duties

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday it would conduct full five-year sunset reviews of several anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on silicon and pipe fittings from multiple countries.

In four separate cases involving four different countries, the ITC said it would conduct full reviews on anti-dumping orders covering silicon from China and stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia and the Philippines, according to a notice posted in the Federal Register.
