UMass Hospitals Are 1 Employer, Workers Tell 1st Circ.

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 9:44 PM EDT) -- Workers in a wage class action against UMass Memorial Health Care Inc. and its affiliated facilities told the First Circuit on Tuesday they didn't need to identify specific entities within the UMass Memorial system as defendants because they worked for all parts of it collectively.
