Bell, Calif., Fat Cat Sues City Over Unpaid Salary

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 6:03 PM EDT) -- The former city manager of Bell, Calif., who drew public outrage over his nearly $800,000 salary and faces criminal charges for misappropriating funds, sued the municipality Monday, claiming it breached his employment agreement and owes him unpaid wages and benefits.
