Guam Judge Moves Nanya Case To California

Law360 (June 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After months of wrangling over jurisdictional conflicts, Fujitsu Ltd. has won its bid to transfer Nanya Technology Corp.’s computer memory patent and antitrust suit against it from Guam to a California district court.

Chief Judge Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood sided with Fujitsu on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Guam, saying that the patent suit should be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California out of convenience for parties and witnesses in the case.
