Coal Mine Co. Says EEOC Race Bias Suit Lacks Facts

Law360, New York (November 2, 2011, 6:14 PM EDT) -- An Alliance Resource Partners unit asked a Kentucky federal judge Wednesday to toss a suit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, arguing that the agency had failed to support its claim that the mine refused to hire a class of black applicants.
