Jones Day Helps Riverside Clinch German Telecom Deal

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 1:28 PM EDT) -- Growth-focused private equity firm The Riverside Co. has teamed up with German private equity firm Halder to buy Hanover, Germany-based Internet communication solutions company Keymile Group from its former CEO and from Hannover Finanz Group, Riverside said Thursday.

Riverside is now the majority shareholder of Keymile, which has more than 400 workers and reported 2010 sales of €120 million ($165 million). The amount of the transaction was undisclosed.
