ITC Targets Middle Eastern, Asian Steel Pipe Imports

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 2:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is launching anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations into welded steel pipe imported from India, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam after domestic producers said they were being harmed by underpriced imports, the commission said Thursday.
