Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 3:26 PM EDT) -- New Executive Order (“E.O.”) 13583 — “Establishing a Coordinated Government-Wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce” — takes another step to enhance employment equality and diversity.
