Lehman Ch. 11 Plan Faces Objections At Voting Deadline

Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- Objections to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s plan for handling swap contracts poured into a New York bankruptcy court as creditors hit a Friday deadline to vote on the Chapter 11 plan, but the defunct investment bank said it should have enough support to win confirmation.
