State Judge Dismisses Charges In HP Spy Case

Law360, New York (June 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California state judge has thrown out the remaining charges against three defendants involved in the Hewlett-Packard spying scandal, finding that while their conduct showed a “betrayal of trust and honor,” it did not amount to a criminal offense.
